Asian Style Black Cod
1 to 2 Black Cod Fillet Portion(s)
1/3 cup Mr. Yoshida’s or Teriyaki Marinade Sauce
1/4 cup Water
- You don’t have to thaw the fillet(s), open package(s) and rinse thoroughly.
- In large non-stick skillet, on low heat, add sauce and water.
- Place fish skin side UP and cover skillet with lid.
- Let fish cook until the skin freely pulls off the top of the fillet, 10 – 15 minutes.
This is also good with King and Coho Salmon Fillets. It goes well with a baked potato, or steamed rice and steamed broccoli or asparagus.
