Asian Style Black Cod

1 to 2 Black Cod Fillet Portion(s)
1/3 cup Mr. Yoshida’s or Teriyaki Marinade Sauce
1/4 cup Water

  1. You don’t have to thaw the fillet(s), open package(s) and rinse thoroughly.
  2. In large non-stick skillet, on low heat, add sauce and water.
  3. Place fish skin side UP and cover skillet with lid.
  4. Let fish cook until the skin freely pulls off the top of the fillet, 10 – 15 minutes.

This is also good with King and Coho Salmon Fillets. It goes well with a baked potato, or steamed rice and steamed broccoli or asparagus.
