Great Seafood Pasta
4 cups Pasta (any style)
1-3 cups Leftover Fish
1 tsp. Salt
½-1 cup Pesto
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
¼ cup Feta Cheese
1-2 Medium Tomatoes, diced
0-30 Greek/Italian Olives (optional)
- Drain cooked pasta thoroughly.
- In large pot on low/medium heat, combine pasta, fish, olive oil, salt, pesto and olives.
- Cook 2-4 minutes or until nicely warmed.
- Add cheese and tomato.
- Mix well.
- Serve with garlic or heavy bread.
