Thai Wild Alaskan Fish

1 lb. Wild Coho Salmon or Halibut Fillet, with skin removed
1 pkg. “A Taste of Thai” Spicy Thai Peanut Bake

  1. Just follow the instructions on the package or in a skillet add 2 tbsp. olive oil and heat to medium.
  2. Add both packets peanut bake into oil, stir around and add fish.
  3. Continue to cook, sauce will caramelize making the best tasting flavor combination you have ever imagined.

Serve with steamed or seasoned rice and a green salad.
