Grilled Honey-Balsamic Wild Alaskan Salmon

Serves 2

2 (6oz.) Wild Alaskan Salmon steaks (1 inch thick)
1-1/2 tbsp. Honey
1-1/2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
¼ tsp. Ground Pepper
¼ tsp. Garlic Salt

  1. Preheat Grill.
  2. Spray grill rack with cooking spray.
  3. Mix everything but salmon and cooking spray.
  4. Brush mixture over salmon steaks.
  5. Place steaks on grill rack, cover and grill 2-3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily.
