Grilled Honey-Balsamic Wild Alaskan Salmon
Serves 2
2 (6oz.) Wild Alaskan Salmon steaks (1 inch thick)
1-1/2 tbsp. Honey
1-1/2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
¼ tsp. Ground Pepper
¼ tsp. Garlic Salt
- Preheat Grill.
- Spray grill rack with cooking spray.
- Mix everything but salmon and cooking spray.
- Brush mixture over salmon steaks.
- Place steaks on grill rack, cover and grill 2-3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily.
